I hope you are all well and have enjoyed the summer months (maybe not the weather as much).
We wanted to inform you that we have taken the decision to increase our plan prices from the 1st January 2025.
I am proud that we have been able to help our patients in some way by keeping our prices as low as possible for as long as we have. We took the decision in 2023 to increase some of our plan prices but not all of them. This means some plan prices have not increased for 5+ years.
For 2024 we decided, despite increasing operational costs, we would not implement a price increase on our plans. During this year, we have absorbed all the costs associated with the running of the practice as much as we can.
Before implementing our new prices, we researched practices within our area and in our opinion, we will still be offering the best value for money for like-for-like plans.
The changes will be as follows:

If you are willing to accept this change there is nothing that you need to do, the team will take care of everything on your behalf. If you are currently eligible for a discount on the plan it will be applied automatically to the prices above.
We plan to keep all prices (both plan and fees for treatment) fixed until April 2026 unless circumstances beyond our control necessitate a price increase.
